Thomas Dalfen MA
Thomas Dalfen MA studied Business Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He began his career at the Austrian office of EXXON Mobil, in accounting and controlling. Three years later, he took on the position of Area Sales Manager in the marketing division.
From 2000 until early 2013, Thomas Dalfen MA was CFO of Draftfcb Partners advertising agency, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) based in New York. From 2005 until 2009 he also held the position of CFO and authorised officer at Lowe GGK advertising agency.
Thomas Dalfen MA also has held this position for many years as a member of the management board at Draftfcb Reklam Hizmetleri A.S. in Istanbul and at Draftfcb + Ad Fabrika Sp z.o.o, in Warsaw.
Since the foundation of Dalfen Management Company beginning of 2013 Thomas Dalfen MA has been realizing – amongst others – the following projects:
- MD of an artists business
- Financial advisor for several Start-Up-Companies
- CFO of a mid-size production company
- Interim CFO (restructuring) of a service company in Munich (subsidiary of a US-based company)
- M&A-project lead for a manufacturing SME based in Vienna

- Interim CFO of a wholesale company in Lower Austria (subsidiary of a Swiss company)
- Project Process Management for a wholesale company in Lower Austria (subsidiary of a Swiss Company)
- Development of a flexibel remuneration system for a service company in Vienna
- Ongoing cooperation with and realization of projects in the area of finance for an NGO in Vienna

Nicole Brenner
After graduating from a commercial academy, Nicole Brenner worked as company accountant / management accountant for various medium-sized companies.
At the beginning of 2005, she took over the position of Assistant Controller of Draftfcb Partners Werbeagentur GmbH, where she focussed on budgeting and forecasting, as well as analysis of cost divergence (particularly in accordance with US GAAP), group reporting, SOX guidelines, compliance, cost centre accounting, and payroll.
From 2009 until early 2013, Nicole Brenner was the Head of Controlling (reporting directly to the CFO) of the Draftfcb Partners advertising agency. In this role she was also the representative and point of contact for several international group offices, for auditors and tax advisors. In addition, Nicole Brenner has also been involved with various group organisations as the Head of Controlling on an interim basis.
Since the foundation of Dalfen Management Company Nicole Brenner has been realizing – amongst others – the following projects:
