1. Interim Management – Management and controlling tasks in your company on a temporary basis, for instance filling a CFO or controller vacancy due to a change of personnel. We will join you for the agreed time, performing the tasks required to ensure smooth operation. This allows you to carefully select a qualified fix employed successor. We also offer to support you in the recruiting process. As we are not firmly entrenched in the corporate structure, we can bring an unbiased perspective and make difficult decisions that may be difficult to make internally.
If you are not planning to employ a head of accounting or a controller, you can outsource these roles to us, utilising our services and experience (e.g. accounting, management reporting, cost accounting).
2. Business Sparring – in many SMEs and NPOs the management does not have an internal contact with a strong financial background combined with an entrepreneurial attitude and a long term business experience.
